The betano-recenze.cz Editorial Team and Its Rules

betano-recenze.cz is an independent information and comparison portal run as an affiliate project. Its editorial team covers a single brand, Betano: it looks at the brand's bonus offers, explains its rules and describes its responsible gambling tools.

We do not offer any gambling ourselves, so under Act No. 186/2016 Coll., on Gambling, we are not a gambling operator. We open no player accounts, accept no deposits, handle no withdrawals and carry out no AML identification of players. Our reviews and overviews are informative and do not replace the advice of a lawyer or another professional.

When preparing texts, we rely on public sources that any reader can verify:

• The law. We interpret the rules in line with the wording currently in force of Act No. 186/2016 Coll., on Gambling, and the regulations that build on it.
• The licence. Whether the company behind Betano may operate gambling is verified against the official list of operators holding a licence, maintained by the Ministry of Finance of the Czech Republic.
• Company details. We look up the operator's identification in the ARES register (Administrative Register of Economic Entities).
• The offer. Bonuses and their terms are compared with the official website betano.cz.

The operator may change its terms. Whenever our text differs from its current wording, the operator's version always applies; our pages are for guidance only.

If you come across an error or an inaccuracy, write to us at contact@betano-recenze.cz. Reported discrepancies are corrected without undue delay. The same applies when the operator changes the terms of an offer: we revise the affected page, which then shows a new last-updated date. When any page of the site was changed can be seen in the site's list of changes.

betano-recenze.cz may contain affiliate (partner) links to the website of the Betano operator. Registering at betano.cz after arriving through such a link can earn the operator of betano-recenze.cz a commission, at no cost to you: nothing is added to what you pay and no fees apply.

That is why we state this business relationship openly. The terms of bonuses and other offers are set and changed by the operator, not by our editorial team, so they need to be read on the operator's side.

The only company that runs gambling under the Betano name is KAIZEN GAMING CZ LIMITED. The Ministry of Finance of the Czech Republic granted it a licence under the Gambling Act (Act No. 186/2016 Coll.); whether the licence is still valid can be verified in the MF ČR list linked above.

The editorial team is independent of the operator. We do not belong to it or to its group, we operate no gambling and we have no access to the data of Betano customers. Player accounts, deposits and withdrawals are handled by the operator alone.
